• Accountable for the strategic positioning of solutions and the development of marketing content aligned with Calix Agent Workforce Cloud.
• Lead and coordinate the Product Marketing team, collaborating within a matrix organization that supports multiple go-to-market (GTM) teams in delivering market-specific strategic offerings.
• Oversee the positioning of solutions and the creation of content to stimulate growth of Agent Workforce Cloud in MSP/MDU markets and among major service providers with multi-vendor networks across North America and emerging global markets.
• Responsible for the marketing of new product introductions (NPI) and releases, establishing strategic communications and enablement efforts related to the launch of new products, features, or updates to existing offerings.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders from Sales, Success, Commercial Strategy, and Product teams.
• Engage customers through one-on-one meetings, speaking engagements, and executive briefings.
• Work alongside Calix executives to develop compelling narratives and presentations that align with strategic objectives.
• Partner with Product and Commercial Strategy teams to consolidate customer, market, and competitive feedback into structured insights for the Calix product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing and GTM teams to synchronize solution strategies with marketing campaigns, sales enablement, events, communication channels, and customer feedback initiatives.
• Work with content strategists to produce engaging marketing materials, including webpages, solution briefs, white papers, blogs, and customer presentations.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native SaaS offerings and product marketing strategies.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) architectures and their application in operations and service workflow automation.
• Preferred experience in network operations and workflow automation, as well as OSS/BSS integrations and ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Customer Success Software or Customer Service SaaS solutions, particularly for the telecommunications and broadband sectors.
• Knowledge of the Broadband Forum TR-369 User Service Platform (USP) is preferred.
• Experience with Marketing Automation Software or a Customer Engagement Platform (CEP), specifically designed for the telecommunications and broadband industries, is preferred.
• Experience working for or marketing solutions to broadband service providers is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant solution or product marketing experience.
• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment where change is a constant factor in the marketplace.
• Ability to initiate and advance programs while working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience as a player/coach – actively creating compelling marketing assets and leading customer interactions, while also building a cohesive team of senior product marketing managers and mentoring them for enhanced individual and team success.
• Skill in grasping and translating technical capabilities into clear benefits with a strong narrative.
• Comprehensive understanding of Go To Market (GTM) processes for hardware and software systems.
• Excellent written communication and public speaking/presentation abilities.
• Willingness to support periodic travel of up to 20% of the time.
• As part of the total compensation package, this position may be eligible for a bonus.
