• You will independently manage and cultivate relationships with existing clients, fostering long-term trust.
• Acting as the primary contact for clients, you will skillfully oversee projects from initial inquiries to successful completion.
• You will proactively anticipate client needs, think strategically, and uncover opportunities for further account development.
• Your role will involve coordinating cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, UX, development, and consulting disciplines.
• You will hold responsibility for project quality, budget management, timelines, and effective communication.
• You will bring order to complex project environments and actively work on enhancing processes, standards, and collaboration efforts.
• You will support the establishment of scalable project setups, governance frameworks, and best practices within the unit.
• Ensuring transparency, accountability, and effective collaboration—both internally and externally—will be part of your responsibilities.
• Depending on your experience, you may also take on functional leadership of project managers or client teams.
• In the long run, there will be opportunities to advance towards Client Service Direction or unit leadership roles.
• Several years of experience in digital account or project management, preferably within an agency or digital consultancy setting.
• A keen understanding of client needs, along with strong communication and strategic advisory skills.
• Proven experience managing complex digital projects and navigating a diverse array of stakeholders.
• A passion for creating structure, enhancing processes, and providing clear direction to teams.
• An entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a high degree of ownership and exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong communication abilities, both with client decision-makers and internal teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• You should be well-versed in agile methodologies, but we prioritize a pragmatic approach tailored to the needs of each project.
• A willingness to take on responsibility and actively contribute to the ongoing development of our organization is essential.
