This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, launch, oversee, and enhance paid media campaigns across various platforms including search, social, display, video, and programmatic.
• Independently handle intricate client programs from their initiation to ongoing adjustments.
• Analyze campaign performance to enhance CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and lead quality.
• Collaborate with Account Services on client strategies, growth discussions, performance assessments, and recommendations.
• Convert performance data into practical recommendations that support retention and revenue growth.
• Supervise campaign tracking, tagging, attribution, and measurement frameworks.
• Identify risks, performance challenges, and optimization opportunities while communicating recommendations to stakeholders.
• Assist with renewals, upsell possibilities, and new business initiatives using paid media expertise.
• Serve as an escalation point for issues related to campaigns, platforms, tracking, and performance.
• Guide specialists and coordinators through coaching, training, quality assurance, and best-practice advice.
• Enhance standard operating procedures, documentation, and workflows.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform advancements, AI-driven marketing innovations, privacy regulations, and emerging advertising technologies.
• Maintain platform certifications and broaden expertise across various advertising products and solutions.
• 4–6+ years of direct experience in managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, display, video, or similar channels.
• In-depth understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, bidding techniques, attribution, tracking, and optimization.
• Proven experience managing complex client programs with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to derive actionable recommendations from performance data.
• Familiarity with campaign tracking, pixels, conversion measurement, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and resolving data collection issues.
• Ability to influence results through cross-functional collaboration and effective communication.
• Excellent organizational, project management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
• Experience in mentoring, onboarding, or coaching junior team members.
• Advanced skills in Excel and proficiency in reporting tools such as Tableau, Data Studio, and Power BI.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in an agency setting managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, StackAdapt, or other relevant platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM integrations, Asana, and marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of audience strategy, first-party data activation, and customer journey planning.
• Experience in B2B advertising environments.
• Background in supporting new business pitches or strategic client growth initiatives.
• Experience in contributing to process improvements, SOP development, or operational change management.
