Online Marketing Manager – Mediabuyer, Junior/Medior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Moldova.

📋 Description

• Conduct daily reporting and oversight of campaigns to ensure that performance targets and revenue goals are achieved.

• Oversee a continuously expanding portfolio of campaigns.

• Collaborate with partners and sales representatives, fostering long-lasting relationships and negotiating customized deals.

• Examine data and inform the team about emerging opportunities and market trends.

• Engage in brainstorming sessions with media managers and colleagues to enhance processes.

• Initiate new international campaigns on a daily basis.

• Remain informed about current industry trends.

• Manage substantial monthly budgets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in the relevant field.

• A university or bachelor's degree in marketing or economics.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.

• A driven, self-motivated individual focused on achieving objectives.

• Capability to independently navigate challenges and discover innovative solutions.

• Flexibility to adapt schedules across different time zones.

• Excellent English writing and communication skills.

• A result-oriented mindset.

• A positive attitude, robust work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience and knowledge in digital marketing and affiliate marketing.

• Familiarity with advertising terms such as CPM, CPC, and CPL.

• A proven history of managing high-spending accounts.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Knowledge of Google Ads and SEO.

• Familiarity with graphic design or Photoshop is considered a significant advantage.
