This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Lead comprehensive analysis of web marketing initiatives across various regions, channels, and traffic sources, providing clear insights into performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, CVR, ROAS, and LTV.
• Develop and sustain a scalable web measurement framework, ensuring precise tracking and attribution.
• Configure and verify conversion tracking for advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and others.
• Analyze multi-channel user journeys and implement attribution models such as First Click, Last Click, Time Decay, and Data-Driven.
• Discover growth opportunities by revealing non-obvious correlations among marketing metrics, behavioral data, and regional performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to influence media budget allocation and campaign strategies.
• Design and implement A/B tests aimed at enhancing conversion rates and marketing efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all marketing tools and reporting systems.
• Evaluate web performance by campaigns, regions, countries, devices, and traffic sources.
• Establish and maintain tracking plans, events, goals, and funnels.
• Manage tags, triggers, and variables in Google Tag Manager (client-side and server-side when necessary).
• Support technical integrations between websites and advertising platforms, including pixels, server-side events, and conversion APIs.
• Conduct behavioral analyses, focusing on user flows, drop-off points, and micro-conversions.
• Assess the impact of creatives, landing pages, and traffic quality on conversion performance.
• Assist Marketing in campaign planning with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Automate reporting processes and enhance the efficiency of the MarTech stack.
• Extensive experience in Mobile Analytics, Web Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or MarTech roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Familiarity with MMPs such as Appsflyer, Adjust, and Singular.
• Experience in configuring tracking for advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
• Solid understanding of web attribution models and cross-channel measurement techniques.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for querying and transforming marketing datasets (using BigQuery, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Experience with BI tools, including Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Understanding of key marketing KPIs: ROI, ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, and CVR.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust) or CDP/CRM integrations, A/B testing platforms, and proficiency in Python or R for data automation and forecasting.
• Google Analytics or Google Ads certifications are also preferred.
