• Oversee the Paid Search program for 1-2 intricate clients as a vital member of a client-focused team.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of your designated clients' businesses and their primary objectives.
• Create, launch, and thoroughly optimize your clients' digital advertising accounts.
• Actively monitor account performance, discover optimization and growth opportunities, and execute necessary adjustments.
• Evaluate account data, generate reports, and develop data visualizations.
• Predict budgets and outcomes effectively.
• Identify innovative advertising strategies that will maintain your clients' competitive edge and propose these strategies to them.
• Take responsibility for client budgets, pacing, and accuracy.
• Oversee budget distribution and pacing across various channels and initiatives to meet budgetary and performance targets.
• Engage in client meetings and provide updates for your assigned advertising channels.
• Manage client expectations through clear, concise, and strategic communication.
• Conduct research and stay informed about trends in digital advertising.
• Provide mentorship to ad coordinators as needed.
• Be an integrated member of the team.
• Participate in team meetings and remain active on Slack, among other platforms.
• Engage in (or lead) audits of advertising accounts for prospective clients and conduct peer reviews of current client accounts.
• Ensure compliance with Closed Loop’s Information Security Policy and maintain the security of all company and client data you access.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and managing paid advertising campaigns aimed at specific ROI goals.
• B2B experience and/or agency background is highly advantageous.
• Practical experience with various advertising platforms (essentially Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with Meta, LinkedIn, and others being a bonus).
• Proficient in managing all aspects of digital advertising campaigns.
• Proven experience in making compelling pitches/presentations to key decision-makers.
• Experience leading meetings and proactively managing client and stakeholder relationships.
• Expertise in data analysis, visualization, and presentation.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
• Strong project management and communication abilities.
• Capability to swiftly learn new software applications.
