• You will be responsible for managing the digital presence of three brands: LMN, Greenius, and SingleOps.

• You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation and collaborate closely with Demand Gen Managers (DGMs) who oversee new-logo and customer campaigns for LMN, Greenius, and SingleOps.
• 6–8+ years of experience in digital marketing, encompassing senior-level responsibilities in SEO, paid media, website management, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Proven experience in managing paid media initiatives at a significant scale, including direct oversight of strategy and budget (not merely executing agency recommendations).
• Strong skills in forecasting and modeling — you create the models independently, can justify your assumptions, and can discuss instances where your forecast was inaccurate and the lessons learned.
• Proficient in marketing data analysis — familiar with GA4, ad platform reporting, attribution, and conversion analysis. You can identify tracking issues, seasonal trends, or underperforming channels before they are highlighted by others.
• Genuine CRO experience — you've designed experiments, identified successful outcomes, and can discuss tests that failed and the reasons behind them.
• Comfortable with technical SEO — you have collaborated with developers on aspects like schema, site speed, and site architecture, even if you weren't coding directly.
