• Take full ownership of end-to-end paid/digital media and SEO as a dedicated individual contributor driving Canibuild's global pipeline expansion.
• This position requires a data-driven professional who utilizes analytics to produce Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and high-quality leads — not merely traffic.
• Manage technical SEO, on-page optimization, and keyword strategy across all markets.
• Create and maintain content briefs that align with bottom-of-funnel intent to generate SQLs.
• Monitor organic rankings, Core Web Vitals, and crawl health using GA4 and Search Console.
• Collaborate with content and development teams to execute SEO fixes and maintain content calendars.
• Strategize, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google (Search/Display/YouTube), LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
• Oversee budgets and manage agency/vendor relationships with an emphasis on ROAS and CPL efficiency.
• Utilize AI-native tools (e.g., Performance Max, Advantage+, automated bidding, generative ad creative) to take the lead — not just manage — paid media.
• Employ creative problem-solving with limited budgets; ensure every dollar demonstrates measurable SQL impact.
• Maintain performance dashboards in HubSpot, GA4, and BI tools — enabling self-service without waiting for analysts.
• Track and report on CTR, CPL, LTV, ROAS, SQL volume, and Quality Lead rate on a weekly basis.
• Apply attribution modeling to evaluate channel contributions and guide budget allocations.
• Comfortable with SQL-based reporting and data exports; links every initiative to pipeline results.
• Stay updated on AI-powered marketing tools and actively test and implement new functionalities.
• Lead prompt-engineered creative workflows, AI-assisted audience targeting, and automated reporting.
• Develop a personal toolkit of AI tools that enhances individual productivity — this is an individual contributor role, not a management position.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Content, and Design on campaign briefs and coordinated deliverables.
• Independently manage project briefs, timelines, task assignments, and stakeholder communications.
• Continuously A/B test creative elements, copy, channels, and audience segments.
• Architect and administer HubSpot: contact segmentation, lead scoring, workflows, and dashboards.
• Design email nurture tracks and drip campaigns aimed at converting MQLs to SQLs.
• Ensure CRM hygiene and maintain data integrity throughout the funnel.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (SEO + paid media + CRM).
• Extensive experience with HubSpot (preferred) — including workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.
• Proven success in paid media campaigns: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn.
• Strong analytical abilities; comfortable with SQL-based reporting.
• Proficient in GA4 — including attribution, funnel analysis, and event tracking.
• Demonstrated ownership mentality — able to deliver without constant supervision.
• Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Background in B2B SaaS or proptech.
• Relevant certifications: HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint.
• Experience with various attribution models (linear, data-driven).
• Familiarity with AI ad tools (Performance Max, Advantage+, generative creative).
• Experience with Zapier, Adroll, and Outbrain.
