Content Producer, AI Video – Digital Marketing

📋 Description

• Create 1-2 minute AI-generated video advertisements from start to finish: concept → script → visuals → voiceover → final cut

• Develop ideas for high-impact creatives, test theories, and iterate based on outcomes

• Construct and enhance an AI-centric video pipeline utilizing Seedance, Veo 3, Sora, Runway, Kling, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, and LLMs

• Compose clear briefs for the production team and prompts for AI tools

• Participate in UGC production as needed — from identifying creators to final approvals

• Optimize top-of-funnel metrics (CTR, IR, IPM) and identify emerging creative trends

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience as a Creative Producer, Content Producer, or Scriptwriter in performance marketing

• Practical experience in producing AI videos, preferably longer-form with consistent characters and scenes

• A portfolio demonstrating your AI video work is essential — applications without one will not be considered

• Proficient in AI video tools (Seedance, Veo 3, Runway, Kling) along with image, audio, and LLM stacks

• Knowledge of mobile ad formats for Meta, TikTok, YouTube

• Familiarity with spy platforms and the ability to interpret performance data (CTR, CPM, IPM)

• Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills — capable of engaging an audience for 60-120 seconds

• A proactive attitude, sense of ownership, and meticulous attention to detail

• Proficiency in English at B2+ level.

• Nice to have: Experience in video editing (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut)
