• Oversee social media profiles and maintain content schedules.

• Evaluate website traffic, campaign results, and other vital metrics to refine marketing approaches.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce compelling marketing materials.
• Oversee email marketing initiatives and automate workflows.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Assist in managing paid advertising efforts across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to uncover new opportunities.
• Create and design websites, ensuring they are visually striking, user-friendly, and consistent with brand guidelines.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing or a related area.
• Required digital marketing experience with clients, companies, or agencies in Australia or New Zealand.
• Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager.
• Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design is advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to analyze data for informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
• Basic image editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) are beneficial.
• Understanding of website performance and UX best practices is essential.
