• Create and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Generate, schedule, and oversee daily content including reels, stories, carousels, and static posts.
• Independently generate high-quality visual and video content utilizing AI-powered tools (e.g., Midjourney, Canva AI, CapCut, Runway, ElevenLabs).
• Provide creative direction for product photography and video productions.
• Establish and maintain a content calendar that aligns with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal activities in collaboration with leadership.
• Foster organic growth, engagement, and brand visibility by focusing on high-performing, shareable content.
• Plan, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Set up and enhance Google Ads campaigns (Search and Shopping).
• Daily monitoring of campaign performance, adjusting budgets, audiences, and creatives to maximize ROAS.
• Develop retargeting strategies aimed at improving conversion rates and minimizing cart abandonment.
• Provide regular performance reports including actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage and optimize the performance and conversion rates of the Shopify store.
• Enhance product pages, collections, and landing pages for SEO and user experience (UX).
• Ensure website speed, mobile optimization, and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with developers to implement technical and functional enhancements.
• Maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across all digital platforms.
• Create or supervise digital assets including EDMs, social media creatives, banners, and advertising materials.
• Utilize AI tools to efficiently scale content production while maintaining quality.
• Stay updated with trends in fashion, social media, and digital marketing to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
• Comprehensive understanding of Shopify (product management, themes, and applications).
• Proficient in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms.
• Experience with AI tools for content creation (image and video production).
• Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts organically.
• Strong analytical abilities using tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics 4.
• Excellent command of written English for marketing copy and content creation.
• Highly self-motivated with strong ownership and execution capabilities.
• Highly desirable: Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Omnisend).
• Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce websites.
• Experience managing influencer or UGC campaigns.
• Familiarity with Pinterest and TikTok advertising.
• Exposure to Australian or international fashion/lifestyle brands.
