• Design and implement digital marketing strategies encompassing paid, organic, email, content, social media, and conversion channels.
• Take ownership of demand generation efforts aimed at qualified leads, pipeline expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue impact.
• Oversee and enhance email marketing initiatives utilizing Mailchimp, including campaigns, automation, segmentation, personalization, deliverability, and analytics.
• Plan, initiate, manage, and expand paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other pertinent channels.
• Direct SEO strategies involving technical SEO, on-page optimization, content planning, backlink development, keyword growth, and AI-search visibility.
• Create landing pages, funnels, nurture sequences, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments to enhance conversion rates.
• Leverage AI tools and agents to boost productivity in content creation, research, campaign optimization, reporting, personalization, and workflow automation.
• Develop automated reporting dashboards and performance scorecards featuring clear ROI metrics.
• Continuously evaluate creatives, messaging, target audiences, channels, and funnels through structured experimentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Design, and Leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Share insights, forecasts, opportunities, and growth strategies with leadership stakeholders.
• Manage marketing workflows and campaign execution using ClickUp (nice to have).
• Keep an eye on market trends, competitor actions, platform updates, and emerging AI capabilities.
• Enhance marketing operations by establishing scalable systems and minimizing manual processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Performance Marketing.
• Advanced proficiency with Mailchimp.
• Significant experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and paid acquisition channels.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, keyword strategy, technical SEO, and content marketing.
• Strong grasp of conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and landing page effectiveness.
• Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Power BI, Looker Studio, or equivalent BI tools.
• Practical experience with AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI agents, prompts, automations, and workflows to enhance marketing efficiency and results.
• Familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot workflows, or similar.
• Strong copywriting and messaging skills for emails, ads, landing pages, and nurture flows.
• Comprehensive understanding of CRM systems and lead lifecycle management.
• Ability to assess attribution, CAC, CPL, ROAS, pipeline contributions, and marketing ROI.
• Experience juggling multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in English.
• Nice to have: Experience with ClickUp.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and data-driven analysis; VWO experience is a plus.
