This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to comprehend client requirements and create customized digital manufacturing solutions.
• Create interactive dashboards and applications for the shop floor to boost operational efficiency.
• Utilize Industry 4.0 technologies to discover and implement enhancements for frontline operators.
• Deliver training and support to clients, ensuring effective adoption and sustained value.
• Keep abreast of industry developments, continuously honing and broadening our offerings.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of practical experience in manufacturing, ideally within regulated sectors such as medical devices, defense, or aerospace.
• Expertise in MES platforms, low-code development tools (TULIP, Ignition), and data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau). (REQUIRED)
• Knowledge of Lean production methodologies and operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Readiness and capability to travel over 50-75% of the time, frequently spending extended periods onsite with clients.
