Infor M3 Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement Infor M3 training programs for end users in manufacturing, planning, inventory, procurement, and finance.

• Develop training materials, job aids, process guides, and e-learning content customized to M3 workflows.

• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions for both new hires and current employees.

• Collaborate with functional consultants and business process owners to ensure training aligns with configured M3 processes.

• Assist with go-live preparation, post-go-live support, and continuous user engagement.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt materials in response to user feedback and system updates.

• Maintain a training environment and test data that accurately reflects the current M3 configuration.

• Document standard operating procedures and best practices for M3 users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience training or providing support to end users on Infor M3 (or Movex) within a manufacturing context.

• Solid understanding of essential manufacturing processes, including production, planning, inventory, procurement, and/or shop floor operations.

• Proven experience in developing training curricula, job aids, and documentation.

• Proficient in leading both classroom and one-on-one/hands-on training sessions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to translate system functionalities into practical, role-based instructions.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across IT, functional consultants, and operations teams.

• Preferred: Experience with Infor M3 implementation, upgrades, or rollouts.

• Preferred: Familiarity with M3 modules, such as MMS (Manufacturing), PUR (Purchasing), or DRP/MRP.

• Preferred: Experience with UPerform.

• Preferred: Background in discrete or process manufacturing sectors.
