Senior Digital Designer – Motion & Video

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop innovative digital-first campaigns for a diverse range of consumer brands

• Create design assets for paid social, display, online video, CRM, web, and emerging digital channels

• Edit video content for social media, digital advertising, and broadcast platforms

• Produce motion graphics, animations, visual effects, and perform light post-production tasks

• Utilize AI tools to enhance ideation, design exploration, image creation, video production, and content generation

• Collaborate with creative teams from initial concept through to final execution

• Design visual systems and campaign assets that are adaptable across various formats and platforms

• Keep abreast of the latest creative technologies, AI tools, and production methods

• Partner with copywriters, art directors, strategists, and account teams to generate work across paid social, display, online video, streaming, and broadcast

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in design, motion graphics, content creation, or digital production within an agency, studio, or internal creative team

• Solid understanding of visual design principles, including typography, layout, composition, and brand systems

• Proficient in video editing, with a strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, and platform-specific best practices

• Experience in creating motion graphics, animations, and visual effects

• Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to contribute original ideas, not just execute existing ones

• Comfortable managing multiple brands, industries, and varying project sizes

• Capable of handling several projects and deadlines in a dynamic agency setting

• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design, motion, content, and campaign work

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro

• Proficient in Adobe After Effects

• Skilled in AI prompt writing for generating images and videos

• Familiar with Figma

• Experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Veo, Kling, Pika, or similar platforms is a plus

• Experience with AI image-generation workflows is a plus

• Expertise in motion design, compositing, and/or VFX is a plus

• Understanding of best practices for paid media creative and performance-driven content is a plus
