Senior Digital Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design-centric implementation of digital organizing and narrative strategies.

• Facilitate the growth and manage the execution of the organization's digital initiatives.

• Direct the design vision and implementation of the organization's website along with all campaign microsites.

• Set and uphold high-quality visual and design benchmarks across all digital outputs.

• Oversee social media initiatives, curating and publishing engaging content on a daily basis.

• Manage the email outreach program to effectively communicate the organization's narrative and initiatives to its supporters.

• Handle SEO and Google Ads to enhance reach and engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced visual design and graphic communication abilities.

• Strong CSS styling and web design expertise.

• Proficient writing, editing, proofreading, and copyediting capabilities.

• Solid understanding of essential digital tools and platforms, such as Canva, Mailchimp, Quorum, Adobe Suite, Squarespace, and similar software.

• Experience implementing UX, accessibility, and inclusive design best practices.

• Background in digital organizing, digital communications, or design-led advocacy work.

• Familiarity with digital metrics and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, social media insights, email analytics, and A/B testing.
