Senior Digital Analytics Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic consultant for intricate, high-impact enterprise accounts, ensuring digital strategies align with customer business results.

• Foster executive alignment and enhance account retention, renewal, and long-term growth in partnerships.

• Utilize AI to streamline analytical workflows and develop scalable, productized service offerings along with repeatable frameworks.

• Drive domain activation within strategic accounts, including Site Observability initiatives with IT and Engineering teams.

• Integrate Quantum Metric into essential operational workflows and digital decision-making processes.

• Convert quantitative data into strategies for digital and omnichannel optimization, as well as customer roadmaps.

• Set benchmarks for value realization and expand consulting methodologies across the practice.

• Provide guidance on high-stakes, complex client engagements throughout the global organization.

• Mentor Consultants, spearhead team enablement, create vertical playbooks, and share domain knowledge.

• Identify and address strategic account risks; devise recovery plans and safeguard account health.

• Offer customized customer training, assist in the application of the Quantum Metric platform, and translate analysis into actionable steps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive specialized knowledge in at least one key enterprise domain, such as Site Observability & Technical Performance, Contact & Call Center Optimization, or Internal Applications & Employee Experience.

• Proven experience collaborating with SRE, IT, and Engineering teams to monitor digital experience performance, client-side/API errors, and application stability.

• Background in leveraging experience data to enhance call deflection, minimize Average Handle Time (AHT), and refine omnichannel agent workflows, including Salesforce integrations.

• Established ability to apply digital analytics to internal enterprise tools to optimize workflows and boost employee productivity.

• Demonstrated skill in utilizing AI technologies like Claude Code, AI CLI tools, and LLM prompts to refine processes and automate analytical workflows.

• Strong resourcefulness and capacity to independently troubleshoot complex issues in technically ambiguous environments.

• Proficient in reading, writing, interpreting, and auditing complex SQL queries and data engineering pipelines.

• Over 8 years of professional experience in digital analytics, digital product management, management/technology consulting, or a related field.

• Proven history of transforming complex data into executive-level business outcomes.

• Advanced ability to analyze large, un-aggregated quantitative datasets and address ambiguous, high-stakes business challenges.

• Experience serving as a trusted domain advisor and engaging with C-suite stakeholders.

• Capable of facilitating strategic workshops, executive briefings, and large-group enablement sessions with over 50 participants.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills along with executive presentation abilities.

• Proactive in driving impact independently across global accounts while working collaboratively with Account Owners and practice leaders.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% for enterprise customer visits, onsite enablement, executive sessions, and strategic workshops.
