📋 Description

• The Senior Digital Analyst oversees the complete tracking, measurement, and reporting processes across digital products, user experience (UX) interactions, and marketing pathways.

• This position guarantees data integrity and provides actionable insights pertaining to websites, user journeys, and marketing campaign effectiveness.

• Collaborating closely with UX, Marketing, Enrollment, and Web Development teams, this role integrates behavioral data (GA4, Full Story), CRM data, and journey performance to enhance conversion, engagement, and lead results.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, design, human-computer interaction, or a related area.

• 5–8+ years of experience in digital, web, or product analytics, concentrating on UX, product, and full-funnel performance.

• Robust hands-on experience with GA4, including event tracking, funnel analysis, and performance reporting.

• Familiarity with behavioral analytics tools (e.g., FullStory or similar) to evaluate user journeys, engagement levels, and friction points.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing event tracking, conversion tracking, and campaign tracking across digital platforms.

• Strong knowledge of tagging frameworks and data layers, ensuring precise and scalable measurement throughout all pages and journeys.

• Experience in delivering full-funnel reporting that links campaign performance, on-site behavior, and subsequent conversion/lead outcomes.

• Proficient in developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and comprehension of lead flows, attribution, and data alignment.

• Proven capability to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that foster optimization and performance.

• Exposure to or experience with AI-driven reporting and advanced analytics, facilitating scalable insights and improved decision-making.

• Strong experience and performance orientation, with the capacity to define KPIs, engage with GA4 and behavioral analytics, and convert user data into actionable experience and product recommendations.

• Solid grounding in human-centered design and journey mapping, with the ability to steer experience enhancements across intricate digital ecosystems.

• Proven ability to operationalize experience strategy, linking insights to prioritized initiatives across web, CRM, enrollment, and digital product touchpoints.

• Strong cross-functional leadership and influence skills, effectively partnering with UX, Product, Enrollment, Marketing Automation, IT, and Data teams without relying on formal authority.
