Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and oversee a robust cloud infrastructure utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices with Terraform/Terragrunt on AWS/OCI platforms.

• Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Bash and Jenkins scripting, along with tools such as Nexus, Docker, GitHub, and Helm to enhance automation and efficiency.

• Configure and manage Kubernetes clusters, ensuring optimal availability, performance, and scalability.

• Spearhead the development of our logging, monitoring, alerting, and tracing stacks with technologies including Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Thanos, ElasticSearch, and Jaeger.

• Support application release activities, ensuring smooth deployment processes.

• Develop and improve DevOps documentation, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a DevOps position, with a demonstrated history of success.

• Proficiency in Linux administration and experience with Kubernetes (including Docker) ecosystems.

• Extensive knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, LB, VPC, RDS) and familiarity with components of the Grafana stack.

• Skilled in Jenkins pipeline scripting (using Groovy), as well as Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform/Terragrunt.

• Experience deploying and managing Node.js / Java stack applications, with a solid understanding of web servers (Nginx, HAproxy).

• Fluent in English.
