Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• CI/CD Pipelines (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery): Create, maintain, and enhance automated pipelines for building, testing, and deployment, ensuring rapid, secure, and frequent releases.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Deploy, manage, and advance cloud infrastructure through versioned code, ensuring standardization and uniformity across environments.

• Orchestration and Containers: Design, maintain, and optimize the container ecosystem, establishing efficient deployment strategies (e.g., Blue-Green, Canary) and ensuring high availability.

• Security and DevSecOps: Incorporate security practices and checks throughout the development lifecycle (shift-left), managing secrets, access policies, and automated vulnerability analysis such as SAST and DAST.

• DevOps Culture and Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to eliminate operational bottlenecks, fostering autonomy, agility, and knowledge sharing across engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or in infrastructure roles with a strong emphasis on automation and an agile culture.

• Extensive knowledge of CI/CD tools and platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Bitbucket Pipelines).

• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with practical experience using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.

• Significant experience in Cloud Computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure), with a profound understanding of network architecture, security, and managed services.

• Proficient in orchestration and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm).

• Strong knowledge and experience with Unix/Linux operating systems and automation scripting (Bash, Python, Go, Node.js, etc.).

• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools (secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and static code analysis).
