Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and oversee scalable cloud infrastructure.

• Create and sustain CI/CD pipelines.

• Promote the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

• Lead initiatives in containerization and microservices.

• Establish and execute observability strategies.

• Perform security reviews and conduct vulnerability assessments.

• Uphold security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

• Manage and enhance Linux-based servers along with internal tooling infrastructure.

• Investigate and incorporate AI-driven tools and LLM-based automation.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and advocate for the adoption of DevOps and security best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.

• Over 5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or equivalent positions.

• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, ECS/Fargate, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, API Gateway).

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins.

• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies: Docker, ECS/Fargate, Kubernetes.

• Expertise in Terraform and Ansible for automating infrastructure.

• Good understanding of networking concepts: VPC, subnetting, load balancing, DNS, CDN, and WAF/firewall management.

• Practical experience with cloud security tools like Wiz or Qualys and code quality platforms such as SonarQube.

• Experience with observability stacks (Grafana, Elasticsearch, New Relic, OpenTelemetry).

• Strong scripting capabilities in Python and/or Bash.

• Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs and experience in integrating AI-driven automation into DevOps workflows is an advantage.

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) infrastructure and deployment is a plus.

• Advanced proficiency in English is required for this position.
