Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain CI/CD pipelines to automate development, testing, and deployment processes.

• Provision, configure, and manage development, staging, and production environments.

• Implement and oversee AWS cloud infrastructure, emphasizing automation, scalability, availability, and security.

• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles with Terraform.

• Guarantee the stability, availability, and efficiency of environments and applications.

• Diagnose infrastructure, automation, and system integration challenges.

• Contribute to the advancement of the infrastructure for an AI-driven financial customer service solution through WhatsApp.

• Engage with a variety of technologies and programming languages, employing logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in DevOps, handling medium- to high-complexity projects.

• Practical experience in constructing and sustaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficient in configuring, creating, and managing environments.

• Advanced knowledge of or substantial experience with AWS Cloud.

• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Understanding of application automation, integration, and deployment.

• Strong programming logic; no specific programming language is mandatory.

• Familiarity with cloud environments and various technologies.

• Preferred: experience within the financial sector, particularly with banks, fintechs, or financial institutions.

• Preferred: experience with Artificial Intelligence projects, chatbots, or virtual assistants.

• Preferred: knowledge of Huawei Cloud environments.

• Preferred: experience with digital customer service solutions and WhatsApp integrations.
