Senior DevOps Engineer – Advanced English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and uphold CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins and GitHub Actions;

• Oversee continuous integration, continuous delivery, and release management operations;

• Manage Kubernetes environments and execute deployments through Helm;

• Implement and oversee secrets management solutions using HashiCorp Vault;

• Configure and maintain persistent storage solutions via CSI (Container Storage Interface);

• Improve infrastructure automation through Ansible and Shell scripting;

• Administer the operations' DevOps tool ecosystem;

• Monitor platform performance, identify incidents, and conduct root cause analysis;

• Collaborate with global teams to foster ongoing enhancements in delivery processes;

• Document processes and best practices while providing mentorship to team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields;

• More than 10 years of IT experience, including at least 7 years in DevOps roles;

• Extensive experience with CI/CD in large-scale corporate settings;

• Experience in release management and platform engineering;

• Advanced proficiency with Jenkins and GitHub Actions for developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines;

• Experience in administering Kubernetes clusters and deploying applications using Helm;

• Knowledge and practical experience with HashiCorp Vault for secrets management;

• Experience in configuring and managing CSI (Container Storage Interface);

• Infrastructure automation experience with Ansible and Shell scripting;

• Strong understanding of Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jira, and Confluence;

• Experience with database integration and SQL;

• Python knowledge is advantageous;

• Experience with highly complex corporate projects including end-to-end architectural vision;

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is a plus;

• Experience with Apache Ignite or GemFire is a plus;

• Experience with agile methodologies and collaboration in globally distributed teams.
