• Experience in production support, incident detection, and resolution.

• Collaboration in feasibility analysis and technical estimations for medium to high complexity projects.

• Desirable: previous experience in technology companies, fintech, or digital services with a focus on scalability and availability.

• Analytical skills to interpret functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Autonomy to research new technologies and propose improvements.

• Experience in interdisciplinary teamwork (product, QA, infrastructure, etc.).
