This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate closely with development and support teams to enhance and maintain the Microsoft Azure environment.
• Design, execute, and oversee CI/CD pipelines and deployment methodologies.
• Automate infrastructure management, operational tasks, and application deployments.
• Administer and optimize Kubernetes environments utilizing Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Implement and uphold GitOps methodologies with ArgoCD, Helm, and Kustomize.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code through Terraform.
• Monitor infrastructure, applications, and services to pinpoint performance and reliability enhancements.
• Support security and compliance efforts within the cloud environment.
• Troubleshoot intricate infrastructure, deployment, and production challenges.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of existing tools, processes, and DevOps methodologies.
• Engage with technical teams and international stakeholders in English.
• Demonstrated experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or in a comparable senior-level position.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes/AKS.
• Strong background in CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, and automation practices.
• Experience in supporting production environments and resolving complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate confidently with clients in the United States and Canada.
• Capacity to work independently, take initiative, and proactively seek improvement opportunities.
• Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Container Registry (ACR), Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, Azure Database for PostgreSQL – Flexible Server, Azure Virtual Network (VNet), and Azure Resource Groups.
• Experience with Bitbucket Pipelines, Bitbucket Environments & Deployments, and bitbucket-pipelines.yml.
• Proficiency with Jenkins, Jenkins Job DSL, Jenkinsfile, and Kubernetes operational tasks.
• Experience with ArgoCD, ApplicationSets, Helm, and Kustomize.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with Terraform.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and PGAdmin.
• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and Alertmanager.
• Familiarity with Codacy, SonarQube, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
• Proficient in Bash and Python programming.
• Familiarity with Git and Bitbucket.
