📋 Description

• Design and implement comprehensive features for mobile applications using React Native alongside backend services built with Node.js.

• Create, manage, and enhance REST and GraphQL APIs.

• Suggest architectural frameworks, technical patterns, and best practices for development.

• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and consistency.

• Offer technical guidance to mid-level and junior developers, promoting team development.

• Contribute to the performance, scalability, security, observability, and overall quality of solutions.

• Engage in technical discussions with a critical, collaborative, and product-focused approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: technologist degree (in progress) or a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.

• Proven experience in software development, handling projects of medium to high complexity.

• Strong understanding of backend and/or mobile development.

• Experience in constructing and integrating APIs.

• In-depth knowledge of software engineering best practices.

• Familiarity with source code version control systems.

• Understanding of software testing methodologies.

• Experience with agile development methodologies.

• Significant experience in developing mobile applications using React Native with TypeScript, including expertise in React Hooks and Context API for state management.

• Background in backend development utilizing Node.js and/or Express, along with experience in building and integrating APIs using GraphQL with Apollo Client and Apollo Server.

• Knowledge of containerization with Docker and utilizing Redis for performance enhancements.

• Proficiency in code versioning with Git, CI/CD practices, and implementation of unit testing.

• Experience with observability tools such as Datadog to ensure monitoring and application quality.
