This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Develop machining trajectories using CAM software for CNC centers.

• Collaborate with CAD design to ensure the manufacturability of parts.

• Optimize machining times, operation sequences, and material usage.

• Select appropriate tools, cutting parameters, and strategies for each project.

• Oversee the manufacturing process and adjust programs based on workshop results.

• Ensure dimensional accuracy, final product quality, and on-time delivery.

• Interpret technical drawings and 3D models to create efficient and viable CAM programs.

• Conduct tests, validations, and adjustments alongside operators and technical workshop teams.

• Document machining strategies, parameters, and technical decisions where applicable.

• Suggest improvements in cycle times, operational efficiency, and process quality.

• Maintain continuous communication with engineering, design, and quality departments to ensure consistent results.

• Technician or technologist in Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

• At least 2 years of experience as a CAM Programmer.

• Proficiency in PowerMill.

• Knowledge of NX, Mastercam, Tebis, or other similar systems is valued.

• Experience with 3 and 5-axis CNC machining centers.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and 3D models.

• Desired experience in molds for rotomolding, PUR, or composites.

• Familiarity with FANUC, SIEMENS, and HEIDENHAIN controls will be an advantage.

• Technical proficiency in English or French is a plus.
