Senior Developer Relations Manager – EMEA AI Natives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable technical advisor, problem solver, and advocate for the developer ecosystem within EMEA AI Natives.

• Propel the adoption of NVIDIA technologies alongside multifunctional partners.

• Showcase solutions that incorporate the NVIDIA stack into developer products, platforms, and workflows.

• Provide guidance on technical enablement resources, such as sample code, guides, demonstration pipelines, and tools.

• Assist partners and startups in navigating onboarding and integration with NVIDIA programs.

• Promote co-innovation and the development of next-generation solutions.

• Assess, track, and monitor the developer ecosystem to pinpoint growth opportunities and influence technology roadmaps.

• Collaborate with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing teams.

• Engage with partner engineering teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to address technical challenges and advocate for best practices in integration.

• Represent partner technical requirements and relay feedback to NVIDIA's product and engineering teams.

• Shape product roadmaps through actionable insights derived from field deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• At least 8+ years of comprehensive professional experience in the technology sector.

• Background in software engineering, developer relations, or technical partnerships.

• Over 5 years of direct hands-on experience within the specified ecosystem.

• Experience in leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology firms, EMEA AI Natives, ISVs, or relevant sectors.

• Technical expertise in high-performance computing, cloud, AI/ML, and/or sector-specific frameworks and libraries.

• Capability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to executives.

• Proven experience in leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, encompassing architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and technical presentations or workshops.

• Skill in structuring and executing complex technical engagements, negotiating requirements, prioritizing issues, and collaborating with stakeholders across sales, legal, product, and marketing.

• Practical experience in developing or enhancing vertical-specific solutions for Generative and Agentic AI is a plus.

• Familiarity with advanced computing, AI, and/or GPU acceleration platforms is a plus.

• A history of building and expanding developer communities and implementing technical enablement programs is a plus.
