Lead Product Manager, API Platform – Developer Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Develop a front-end product utilizing technical data from the Newline API

• Take ownership of and enhance public-facing API documentation and the Dashboard

• Advocate for front-end products both internally and externally

• Perform discovery tasks to pinpoint product and developer-experience enhancements

• Establish team priorities and manage the short-term and long-term roadmap

• Break down features into actionable development tickets

• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, operations, implementation, client success, risk, and financial stakeholders

• Oversee governance processes for feature enablement and releases

• Educate stakeholders on newly launched features

• Function responsibly within a regulated financial environment

• Assist the Product Line Manager and team in reaching team objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 5–7+ years of experience in product management

• Solid foundation in product management

• Excellent project management abilities

• Strong analytical capabilities

• Proven success in strategic development and product execution

• Exceptional communication and writing skills with the ability to engage and influence all levels of the organization

• Business insight and understanding of processes related to products and clients

• Knowledge of how front-end products integrate with additional services purchased from Newline and/or Fifth Third

• Experience in an agile development setting

• Ability to be self-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight
