This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop technical materials that instruct developers on creating AI agents using Cresta, through formats such as blog posts, tutorials, and videos.
• Construct and manage sample applications, code snippets, and reference integrations, including relevant open-source repositories.
• Organize and conduct both virtual and face-to-face workshops for developers and partners.
• Represent Cresta at conferences, meetups, and partner events by delivering talks, demonstrations, and engaging with attendees.
• Gather feedback from developers and partners and channel actionable insights to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure that messaging and documentation are in sync with platform capabilities.
• Enhance the onboarding process and the initial build experience, which includes creating getting-started guides and sandboxes.
• Remain actively involved in agent building and testing, focusing on areas such as prompt engineering, tool/function calling, RAG, and evaluation.
• Over 3 years of experience in roles such as software engineer, ML engineer, or developer advocate.
• Proficient coding skills and a strong technical reputation.
• Practical experience in building and testing AI agents, which includes LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, function calling, and RAG.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Golang/TypeScript.
• Capability to read and write integration code that involves APIs, webhooks, and CRMs.
• Proven history of producing developer content utilized by other engineers, including blog posts, tutorials, or videos.
• Experience in public speaking or facilitating workshops.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Skill in clearly articulating enterprise-level technical concepts to developers.
• Comfort in working within an enterprise environment characterized by complex platforms, stringent testing, and partner requirements.
