• Enhance the software delivery lifecycle to minimize obstacles for product engineering teams.

• Develop and sustain standardized CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows in accordance with established architecture.

• Facilitate the adoption of ephemeral environments and efficient local development tools.

• Lead automation efforts across build, test, and deployment processes.

• Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks and infrastructure that align with shift-left quality objectives.

• Empower teams to incorporate component and end-to-end testing into their workflows.

• Integrate AI-driven tools and workflows into the developer experience as outlined by the platform strategy.

• Build and improve core components of the developer platform, emphasizing stability and usability.

• Assist in identifying and resolving inefficiencies in developer workflows and platform performance.

• Over 5 years of experience in increasingly complex software engineering positions.

• Demonstrated success in implementing platform, infrastructure, or developer tooling solutions.

• Experienced in the end-to-end delivery of internal engineering systems, from initial discovery and technical approach to rollout and iteration.

• Proficient in scoping and delegating tasks to team members.

• Knowledgeable in deploying microservices on Kubernetes (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Skilled in building and maintaining effective CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins).

• Familiar with GitOps, ArgoCD, and local development and build tools (such as Gradle/Bazel).

• Experience in supporting developer experience (DevEx) tooling.

• Proficient in scripting and automation, particularly for release and build management.
