Senior Developer, HR AI Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, test, and implement comprehensive full-stack AI applications utilizing IBM watsonx and various AI/ML frameworks customized for HR applications.

• Create and sustain agentic workflows and orchestration layers that integrate HR platforms.

• Develop APIs, microservices, and system integrations.

• Build RAG pipelines, vector stores, and embedding workflows, including tools for observability and debugging.

• Work alongside HR stakeholders to translate functional and technical requirements into effective solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated success in delivering AI solutions that integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems, ideally within HR or similar fields.

• Experience in merging AI capabilities with enterprise systems such as HRIS, CRM, ERP, and case management.

• Proficient software engineering skills in Python, SQL, JavaScript (Node.js, React), and cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Practical experience with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and LLM platforms (IBM watsonx, OpenAI).

• Knowledge of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and MCP (model context protocol).

• Understanding of RPA, workflow automation, and orchestration tools.

• In-depth knowledge of API design, microservices architecture, and data engineering.
