Senior Developer – Full-Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide mentorship on testing methodologies, tools, and concepts while also executing refactoring efforts and assisting the QA team in developing advanced automated testing scenarios;

• Manage the implementation processes of projects, identifying and addressing issues; during critical incidents, evaluate the necessity to lead the team;

• Detect security vulnerabilities related to the development process and beyond, supporting remediation efforts and creating documentation that maps out identified scenarios;

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of architectural models and practices, and when needed, assist the architecture team in validating and designing solutions;

• Maintain a holistic view of the project and aid the team in breaking down tasks and clarifying requirements to enhance delivery efficiency;

• Track and analyze the team's performance metrics, proposing modifications during planning and alignment sessions;

• Document and illustrate solutions through the creation of documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clean code standards;

• Confirm that the solutions developed meet client requirements and adhere to engineering best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of systems development;

• Familiarity with frontend and backend patterns and best practices;

• Understanding of web security and performance standards;

• Experience with microservices development utilizing Java Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Angular, GraphQL, Flutter, Python, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Maven, and message queues (JMS, ActiveMQ, or Kafka);

• Advanced expertise in front-end development with React, Angular, Node.js, and Flutter, along with experience in OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker;

• Knowledge of design patterns;

• Proficiency in unit testing with JUnit, log monitoring using Datadog, and familiarity with Git;

• Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL, MySQL, and Amazon Aurora;

• Practical understanding of caching using Redis; familiarity with SOLID principles, Clean Code practices, and Scrum methodology.
