Senior Developer, Applications Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily technical operations related to software maintenance and support activities across two significant SFDC instances.

• Direct our Salesforce Ecosystem Support “Pod” to address production challenges, implement minor enhancements, and manage ticket triage for user concerns.

• Actively engage in the development workflow by addressing complex Salesforce challenges.

• Conceptualize and construct Salesforce solutions that interface with various Salesforce clouds.

• Create Salesforce solutions ranging from configuration to customization.

• Attend daily scrum meetings to analyze and allocate user stories.

• Streamline business processes utilizing Salesforce automation tools.

• Establish integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of direct Salesforce development experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Extensive experience in Salesforce customization and configuration, with at least a foundational knowledge of Service Cloud.

• Skilled in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers.

• Demonstrated ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and OAuth.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce deployment process.

• Preference for candidates possessing Salesforce certifications such as Certified Platform Developer I & II, Certified Administrator, and Certified Advanced Administrator.
