This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Act as the primary web and campaign designer, crafting digital experiences that resonate with the global corporate identity and business goals.
• Oversee the UX/UI design for websites and portals, guaranteeing a smooth and intuitive customer experience across various digital platforms.
• Utilize systems and design thinking to develop scalable digital frameworks that bolster global marketing efforts.
• Spearhead the creation of visual content, including top-notch collateral, to support global product and portfolio strategies.
• Supervise the production of video and multimedia content, using storytelling techniques to convey intricate business objectives into engaging brand strategies.
• Create interactive data visualizations and scientific graphics that elucidate precision care innovations for healthcare providers and systems.
• Lead the globalization and adaptation of assets, ensuring brand consistency and clarity in all global brand expressions.
• Manage global brand governance by upholding visual identity systems and messaging frameworks across all campaign materials.
• Propel agile creative execution by applying high-level judgment to navigate complex tasks and propose innovative solutions beyond established parameters.
• Maintain expert-level proficiency in design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to deliver impactful, insight-driven work.
• Cultivate a culture of curiosity and creativity, empowering the team to challenge norms and enhance brand expression.
• Serve as a creative consultant to stakeholders, providing strategic insights on the visual aspects of essential marketing initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Progressive experience in brand design, visual communications, or creative strategy—ideally within a B2B or complex global organization.
• Demonstrated success in visual content creation and UX/UI design, with experience in the healthcare or technology sectors regarded as a significant advantage.
• Profound knowledge of human-centered design and brand architecture, coupled with a passion for creative excellence.
• Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or equivalent high-level design tools.
• Acknowledged for leadership and mentorship capabilities, dedicated to nurturing a high-performing and inclusive team environment.
• Outstanding strategic thinking and communication abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a matrixed setting.
