This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the development and refinement of our brand system.
• Transform brand strategy into engaging visual and verbal representations throughout our product and service experiences.
• Define and enhance the brand experience for our offerings, ensuring a cohesive visual and verbal expression across both digital and physical platforms.
• Create and expand ADC’s dynamic brand system, which includes iconography, illustration, motion graphics, photography, patterns, packaging, design tokens, and component libraries.
• Establish scalable guidelines, frameworks, and design resources to ensure consistent, high-quality brand expression across various products and teams.
• Maintain the flexibility, expressiveness, and adaptability of the brand system as our product ecosystem evolves.
• Design and oversee creative execution across essential surfaces, such as product UI, packaging, websites, and service journeys, ensuring cohesive brand representation in both physical and digital interactions.
• Collaborate closely with product design, engineering, marketing, and customer experience teams to unify brand and product experiences with intention.
• Lead impactful design initiatives from inception to execution, ensuring exceptional visual quality and thoughtful storytelling.
• Provide creative leadership through hands-on design, feedback, and collaboration, elevating the standards for visual quality and brand expression.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver outcomes that align with user needs, brand strategy, and business objectives.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Product Design, or a related area.
• Over 6 years of professional experience in graphic design, brand design, product design, or creative direction roles.
• A portfolio showcasing strong visual and verbal thinking, innovative creative ideas, and measurable impact on product and brand experiences.
• Experience in defining brand expression for digital products.
• Proficient in translating brand systems into product experiences, ensuring consistency throughout the entire user journey.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, motion, layout, and interaction design.
• Experience in developing or enhancing design systems, component libraries, and brand toolkits.
• Familiarity with designing packaging or physical product touchpoints.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities, capable of aligning cross-functional teams with a creative vision.
• Ability to synthesize insights from patients, providers, and internal teams to guide design choices.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen, linking creative endeavors to product and organizational goals.
• Experience in healthcare, health technology, or regulated sectors is highly desirable.
