📋 Description

• Create the website, launch materials, presentations, social media content, and marketing campaigns.

• Advance Sumble’s visual identity in collaboration with the marketing team.

• Transition into product design by managing processes from initial exploration to final launch.

• Design activation moments for product-led growth (PLG) and upgrade experiences.

• Build reusable components and establish visual standards across product and branding.

• Utilize AI to investigate creative directions and swiftly transition from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity prototypes.

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Product, existing designer, founders, engineering, and marketing teams.

• Transform problems from open-ended inquiries to shipped solutions while refining designs based on user feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding visual skills across typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and interaction, demonstrated in a portfolio that includes both product and brand or marketing projects.

• Proven experience in delivering products, paired with strong UX judgment.

• Direct experience with branding, effectively translating a visual identity across web, campaigns, and other formats.

• Active practice of AI in design; capability to articulate how AI tools enhance the design process, critically assess their outputs, and take ownership of the final results.

• Effective communication that clarifies design choices and trade-offs.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity; skilled at structuring open-ended challenges while maintaining high standards and making progress.

• A collaborative mindset; open to ideas from various disciplines and supportive of teammates in achieving their best work.
