This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Transform strategic briefs into engaging, insight-led creative ideas for marketing and content projects.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, motion designers, and creative leadership to generate innovative concepts.
• Create designs across various channels, including social media (both organic and paid), digital platforms, video, print, out-of-home (OOH), and internal communications.
• Oversee the complete development of social content, encompassing ideation, design, light production, and editing.
• Implement platform-specific best practices and technical specifications for content.
• Utilize research, testing insights, and performance analytics to refine concepts and enhance creative effectiveness.
• Produce assets for consumer testing and integrate findings into final outputs.
• Present work with clarity and confidence, articulating the strategic reasoning and constructively responding to feedback.
• Uphold brand standards while creatively pushing boundaries to set Humana apart in the marketplace.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Foster a cooperative creative environment through feedback, mentorship, and constructive critique.
• Utilize emerging tools, including GenAI, to expedite ideation, iteration, and production processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and evolving best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, or a related creative discipline.
• Over 5 years of professional design experience, focusing heavily on content creation.
• A portfolio showcasing concept-driven, multi-channel creative work aligned with strategic briefs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Adobe Firefly.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (ADA compliance).
• Strong skills in presentation and storytelling.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a capacity to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
• Capability to adhere to a process calendar.
• Experience working in collaborative, hybrid, or remote team settings.
• Proficiency in Mac OS.
