Senior Design Program Manager, Enterprise XD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform the Enterprise XD strategy into actionable outcomes, guiding concepts from the initial vision to the final visual presentation.

• Develop and enhance optimal practices, processes, partnerships, and methodologies for Enterprise XD.

• Streamline Enterprise XD operations and workflows to enable the creative team to concentrate on product innovation.

• Take ownership and lead Enterprise XD initiatives and programs.

• Produce strategic artifacts that define business outcomes at the program level in collaboration with cross-functional partners.

• Collaborate with design leadership and cross-functional teams to create and sustain project roadmaps.

• Design and implement solutions from inception to completion to meet business objectives.

• Manage complex creative workflows from start to finish, including prioritization, planning, resource allocation, and program oversight.

• Develop engagement models and foster cross-functional collaboration with design partners and stakeholders.

• Assist in monitoring team health and resource allocation in conjunction with design leadership.

• Work alongside design leaders, designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers.

• Champion design by ensuring the team has adequate time and space for thorough design practices within product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of relevant program management experience within a technology and creative context.

• Proven track record in delivering large-scale design programs and projects, ideally in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

• Experience in partnering with advertising or ad tech product teams.

• Strong passion for user experience and design, with a solid understanding of the product development lifecycle.

• Ability to excel in ambiguous situations and proactively collaborate on large-scale initiatives across various functions.

• Skilled in navigating complex challenges and aligning solutions with overarching business goals.

• Experience in managing large design teams of 30 or more members.

• History of working closely with or influencing Design Directors and Design VPs.

• Excellent relationship-building and trust-establishing skills.

• A collaborative spirit, along with curiosity, optimism, and a positive outlook.

• Strong abilities in conflict resolution and negotiation.

• Competence in collaborating and executing projects with a diverse range of partners.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with working in continuous delivery environments.

• Openness to rapid learning through failures.

• A sincere, mature, and humble approach; receptive to constructive feedback.
