Senior Design Engineer, PSA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to deliver everything from minor updates to captivating, comprehensive experiences in our web product.

• Work alongside design and research teams to swiftly create prototypes for internal and external concept testing.

• Develop, refine, and uphold design foundations, systems, and patterns for the team, setting high standards for quality and consistency.

• Mentor feature engineers on design best practices, assisting in overcoming obstacles related to designs or interactions within specific features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience with React and Svelte.

• Proficiency in understanding effective product design principles including layout, padding, typography, and color.

• A strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering perfection in your work.

• Experience collaborating closely with design and product teams.

• A proactive individual who thrives on close collaboration.

• Background in building and maintaining design systems, with an emphasis on promoting these systems across teams.

• A portfolio showcasing highly polished side projects, whether completed or in the conceptual stage.

• Ability to distill complex problems into straightforward design solutions.

• A passion for collecting is an added benefit.
