Civil Design Engineer, Revit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Revit Modelling: Create and uphold precise, highly detailed 3D structural models for steel and concrete NPI facilities utilizing Revit.

• Design Translation: Skillfully interpret and convert structural engineers' sketches, Bluebeam annotations, and design notes into accurate 3D models and 2D construction drawings.

• Clash Detection & Coordination: Import external vendor files and integrate 3D models into a centralized Navisworks environment. Execute clash detection and isolate specific structural or equipment packages within Navisworks.

• Quality Assurance: Perform self-checks and peer reviews on models and drawings to guarantee strict compliance with company standards, client specifications, and Australian Standards (AS).

• Generate and modify 2D engineering process drawings and blocks using AutoCAD.

• Offer high-level engineering administrative support, including executing calculations and organizing data via Microsoft Excel.

• Draft, revise, and format comprehensive engineering documents and reports using Microsoft Word.

• Maintain precise records in the company’s document control system, including administration and document formatting in Word and Excel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Engineering Drafting, or a related discipline.

• At least 2+ years of experience in a drafting or engineering position, ideally within the mining, heavy industry, or NPI sectors.

• Advanced proficiency in developing structural steel and concrete models in **AutoCAD** (2D/3D) and **Revit**.

• Hands-on experience with **Navisworks** as a tool for viewing, clash detection, and model federation.

• Exceptional technical writing skills with the capability to produce clear, compliant tender documents and engineering reports.

• Willingness to learn, driven, and open to facing new challenges.

• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative with strong problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
