Senior Delivery Manager – Software Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Supervise, manage, and lead the development of the assigned services.

• Ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timelines while safeguarding profitability.

• Lead pre-sales efforts and oversee the involvement of the necessary team members.

• Carry out operational tasks associated with the professional team.

• Manage and coordinate the allocation and deallocation of professionals.

• Provide monthly reports on the progress and status of services.

• Ensure that all required documentation is created and stored appropriately.

• Manage client expectations and serve as the primary point of contact.

• Oversee the quality control of final deliverables.

• Manage risks and optimize delivery processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of prior experience in coordinating software development projects.

• Experience supervising and coordinating Project Managers.

• Proficiency in client relations and expectation management.

• Experience in pre-sales activities.

• Expertise in Risk Management.

• Experience in IT projects.

• A good command of English is highly valued.
