Senior Delivery Manager, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Create and execute detailed project plans while promoting a collaborative atmosphere.

• Oversee resource distribution and workload assignments in accordance with delivery needs.

• Assess plans and interdependencies while tracking estimates, timelines, and variances.

• Develop and recommend strategic modifications to achieve delivery goals.

• Cultivate a professional and transparent environment among all participants.

• Identify and suggest process enhancements, cost-saving strategies, and time-efficient measures.

• Anticipate potential risks and obstacles, establish mitigation strategies, and facilitate issue resolution.

• Motivate and guide the delivery team, promoting accountability, ownership, and a culture of ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in managing complex IT projects.

• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Project Management methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to identify optimal solutions in varied contexts.

• Strong skills in strategic planning and adapting methodologies.

• Proven success in delivering projects from start to finish within defined scope, budget, and timelines.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.

• Regular utilization of AI tools to enhance productivity, automate or minimize repetitive tasks, support decision-making, and produce higher-quality results.

• Capability to use AI tools responsibly and comprehend their limitations.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and German.

• Preferred: Strong technical background in IT systems or software development.

• PMP Certification.
