Senior Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Management of the strategic roadmap: Ensure alignment of product and technology initiatives with the company's OKRs.

• Identify and manage risks while alleviating bottlenecks within complex structures.

• Oversee board management, ensuring that strategies are effectively translated into technical implementations.

• Provide executive updates on status, risks, challenges, and delivery milestones.

• Conduct analysis of Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and Cumulative Flow Diagrams (CFD) to enhance operational flow.

• Implement continuous improvement cycles informed by data on efficiency and effectiveness.

• Facilitate Kickoffs, PI pre-work (SAFe), Discovery, and Delivery synchronization.

• Perform assessments (Maturity Radar) and convert findings into actionable progressive plans.

• Stakeholder management: Provide executive-level reporting on status, risks, challenges, and delivery milestones.

• Operational excellence and performance metrics: Analyze Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and Cumulative Flow Diagrams (CFD) to optimize workflows.

• Tactical PDCA: Implement continuous improvement cycles based on data regarding efficiency and effectiveness.

• Process agility and quality: Facilitate scaled routines through the execution of Kickoffs, PI pre-work (SAFe), Discovery, and Delivery synchronization.

• Agile maturity: Conduct assessments (Maturity Radar) and translate results into actionable evolutionary plans.

• Assurance of methodologies: Ensure teams adhere to the methods and frameworks established and aligned by the Bank.
