Senior Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on track and within budget constraints.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, effectively communicating with both executive and technical stakeholders.

• Lead implementation teams made up of data engineers, analytics engineers, and AI specialists.

• Drive the planning and execution of sprints (or Kanban), promoting agile practices that encourage alignment, transparency, and accountability within the team.

• Create and manage project plans and roadmaps, providing clear timelines for upcoming initiatives while proactively identifying risks and strategies for mitigation to maintain delivery schedules.

• Conduct client workshops and discovery sessions to ascertain business requirements.

• Ensure that architectural decisions and data implementations align with business objectives.

• Deliver project updates and outcomes to client stakeholders with exceptional visual storytelling.

• Communicate the health of projects to executive and account management teams, emphasizing the business value delivered, potential renewal risks, and opportunities for growth or extension.

• Mentor and coach team members to improve delivery capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or professional services, ideally in data analytics or AI implementation.

• Demonstrated success in delivering projects in data-driven environments.

• Familiarity with Snowflake, DBT, or similar modern data stack technologies is preferred.

• Strong grasp of analytics engineering and data engineering principles.

• Outstanding communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for business stakeholders.

• Experience in developing and presenting strategic roadmaps for data initiatives.

• Background in leading multidisciplinary teams within an agile framework.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
