This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the entire Deal Lifecycle.
• Act as the main business partner for EMEA and APAC Account Executives, aiding in the structuring of complex enterprise deals, pricing strategies, compliance with policies, and oversight of exceptions regarding non-standard commercial terms.
• Handle the complete workflow from quote to signature: creating quotes, obtaining pricing approvals, generating order forms, and ensuring opportunities are closed cleanly.
• Maintain deal momentum, particularly at the end of months and quarters, by proactively identifying and addressing potential obstacles before they escalate.
• Collaborate directly with sales leadership as a trusted commercial advisor rather than just a support function.
• Shape the global operations of the Deal Desk.
• Collaborate with Deal Desk leadership to define, document, and enhance the frameworks, playbooks, and policies that dictate how deals are executed throughout the organization.
• Adopt a builder's mindset in process design by identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and fostering consistency across various regions and segments.
• Convert EMEA and APAC commercial nuances—such as procurement norms, contract expectations, and multi-currency dynamics—into practices that can be scaled globally.
• Serve as a thought partner regarding the evolution of the Deal Desk as the business grows, including decisions on tools, engagement models, and self-service design.
• Enhance systems and processes.
• Assist in the development and optimization of Deal Desk tools, CPQ systems, and approval automation in collaboration with the Business Systems team.
• Ensure data integrity across Salesforce, IronClad, and other related systems.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to minimize manual tasks and enhance deal quality.
• Design for self-service where feasible, utilizing AI to speed up reviews, decrease errors, and broaden impact.
• Execute commercial governance with precision.
• Uphold pricing policies, approval matrices, and contract standards throughout the region, exercising judgment on when to maintain the standards and when to escalate issues.
• Be the first line of exception review for non-standard commercial terms, working autonomously in a manner befitting a senior-level role.
• 7-10 years of experience in Deal Desk, preferably within a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Demonstrated capability to support complex enterprise deals from start to finish, including non-standard structures, multi-year agreements, and involvement of partners/resellers.
• Practical experience with CRM, CPQ, and CLM systems.
• Significant experience working in or supporting EMEA markets; understanding of regional procurement norms, contract practices, and buyer dynamics.
• Leadership potential: you're not merely here to execute tasks, but are focused on building towards team management.
• Flexible & Remote-First Culture: Work remotely with opportunities for team meetups, bi-annual destination summits, and a monthly allowance for coworking spaces, phone, and internet expenses.
• Our Approach to Equity: Receive stock options upon hiring and promotion. Additionally, you can take part in secondary offerings and have a remarkable 10 years to exercise your options (yes, you read that right: 10 years!).
• 100% Covered Health Insurance: We cover the full cost of your health, vision, and dental insurance premiums for you and your dependents, with no deductions from your paycheck.
• ∞ Flexible Time Off: Take the time you require— to perform at your best, we understand the need to recharge and reset.
• 18 Weeks Paid Parental Leave: We provide 18 weeks for birthing parents and 12 weeks for non-birthing parents, with the flexibility to use it all at once or throughout your child’s first year.
