This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the implementation of strategic Capital Markets initiatives, ensuring that workstreams are coordinated, on schedule, and aligned across various teams.
• Take charge of operational governance by enhancing visibility, accountability, prioritization, and execution across diligence, onboarding, loan sales, investor operations, and new product readiness.
• Lead cross-functional programs that involve Capital Markets, Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, Treasury, and Compliance to successfully deliver initiatives aimed at investors.
• Manage operational escalations that affect investors, proactively identify risks, eliminate blockers, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Design and establish scalable operating mechanisms, processes, and governance frameworks that enhance organizational efficiency and minimize execution risks.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance operational readiness for new investors, products, partnerships, and strategic business initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI integration, and process enhancements to amplify organizational leverage and decrease manual tasks.
• Create reporting, metrics, and operating cadences that enhance decision-making and provide improved visibility into the health of the organization.
• Over 5 years of experience in operations, program management, business operations, strategic operations, investor operations, or a related area.
• Proven success in leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience in driving operational execution, managing escalations, and refining business processes in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to navigate uncertainty and drive results.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and gain alignment without direct authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience interacting with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Experience balancing strategic vision with practical execution.
• Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in fintech, financial services, banking, lending, Capital Markets, or investor operations.
• Background in closely collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to launch new products or enhance operational workflows.
• Experience in building operating cadences, governance frameworks, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Experience in managing operational readiness, partner onboarding, or large-scale cross-functional implementations.
• Experience leading process transformation, operational excellence, or organizational scaling efforts.
• Familiarity with loan sales, investor onboarding, investor diligence, servicing operations, or secondary market activities.
• Experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Glean, Claude, Delphina, or similar) to enhance productivity, analysis, documentation, and operational execution.
