This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee commercial relationships with partner channels, acting as the primary liaison between the organization and the leadership of each partner.
• Track and drive the achievement of sales targets by channel and salesperson, collaborating with local leaders to eliminate barriers and enhance performance.
• Engage directly with partners on strategic initiatives, facilitating commercial meetings, assessing client needs, creating value propositions, and offering consultative sales support as necessary.
• Assist channels in establishing commercial processes, including the sales funnel, prospecting rhythm, follow-up, and conversion, while replicating best practices across channels.
• Develop and educate channel teams in consultative selling techniques, enabling partners to better qualify opportunities, identify business pain points, conduct sales discovery, and boost conversion rates in high-potential accounts.
• Evaluate financial and business health metrics for each channel, such as margin, salesperson productivity, customer acquisition costs, average deal size, and portfolio churn, recommending action plans for enhancement.
• Discover market expansion opportunities, including new territories, customer profiles, and potential new channel openings.
• Maintain a digital mindset, demonstrating curiosity about emerging technologies and a keen interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can enhance processes, experiences, and outcomes.
• Prior experience in managing sales channels, commercial representatives, or distribution partnerships, preferably in SaaS, technology, or B2B environments.
• Background in commercial management with an emphasis on metrics and results, encompassing quotas, pipeline, conversion, and productivity.
• Practical experience in B2B consultative selling, with the ability to engage in complex sales cycles, support strategic negotiations, and guide partner teams in developing more qualified commercial strategies.
• Capability to analyze financial and business metrics to support the economic viability of partners.
• Consultative mindset, with the ability to influence without direct authority over channel teams.
• Willingness to travel due to the national scope of operations.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
