Senior DBA, Oracle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Manage Oracle databases, primarily in versions 12c, 18c, and 19c.

• Perform installations, patching, and upgrades of Oracle versions.

• Execute migrations across various platforms, operating systems, and infrastructures, such as Windows, Linux, and AIX.

• Oversee backups, restorations, and recovery using RMAN.

• Administer Oracle RAC environments in production and pre-production settings.

• Create, configure, and maintain new Oracle Data Guard infrastructures, including synchronization testing, switchover, and failover procedures.

• Manage Oracle Multitenant architectures, including CDB and PDB environments, cloning, and migrations from Legacy systems.

• Conduct tuning and optimization tasks for databases and application SQL queries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as an Oracle DBA in complex or critical environments (previous experience in banking is essential).

• Versions: 18c to 21c.

• Experience in upgrades and migrations across different platforms and operating systems.

• Proficiency in RMAN, Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and Oracle Multitenant (CDB/PDB architecture).

• Expertise in tuning and optimization of databases.
