Senior Data Solutions Analyst – Medicaid Growth Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist with the analytical components of the business products and services lifecycle.

• Partner with customers to address intricate data and reporting challenges.

• Develop data sets, operational reports, and analytical outputs.

• Examine data to identify business issues, trends, or opportunities.

• Provide root cause analysis and formulate corrective action plans.

• Ensure high-quality delivery in alignment with project requirements.

• Guide and mentor Associate and Intermediate Data Analysts.

• Address complex issues while considering regulatory risk exposure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Systems and Technology.

• At least 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry is preferred.

• Proficient in Sales & Marketing analytics.

• Excellent analytical skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication skills.

• Proficient in report writing.

• Familiarity with SQL.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
